Canadian orders, Your first option page will ask if you want to continue shopping or "Proceed to Ckeckout". Press Checkout. At the top right side of the next page it asks "calculate total order amount " and click, the next page you will see "shipping outside of the US" and click that. Give your zip code and proceed through the purchasing process.
